Single Fan

While most are accustomed to seeing burlesque numbers utilizing a pair of feather fans, in this workshop you'll learn how to stand out from the crowd by dancing with a single fan. Merge movement and music, and discover how to wield a fan in a way that elevates traditional fan dances. Throughout this experience, you'll learn the subtle nuances of musicality and innovative ways to manipulate the fan, adding new movement and choreography to your repertoire. Fans are not provided, so please bring your own. Feather fans are preferred, but other fans may be utilized, as well. All levels welcome.
