Service Description

Yes, Please! is a two-class Pleaser heels intensive combining heels foundations with a spicy, performance-focused choreography experience. We’ll begin by building the technique underneath the heat exploring weight distribution, balance, control, and feeling grounded in Pleaser-style platform heels. Then we’ll put those foundations to work in a sultry, unapologetic Deftones floor choreography that plays with musicality, texture, confidence, and performance. Experience Level: Beginners are absolutely welcome, but this class is best suited for students who already have some comfort standing and taking basic steps in platform heels. You do not need advanced heels or dance experience. If you're newer to Pleasers, a lower platform you already feel secure in is encouraged. Students are always welcome to modify, use support, or participate at their own pace. What We'll Explore: Heels Foundations - Walking • Weight distribution • Balance • Grounding • Control Performance - Floorwork Choreography • Musicality • Texture • Confidence • Intention What to Bring: - Pleaser-style platform heels you feel comfortable moving in - Knee pads or leg warmers highly recommended as they may provide additional coverage/comfort - Fitted, movement-friendly clothing - Optional layers that cover the arms and legs for floorwork - Water + Sweat towel Most importantly: bring the shoes you can confidently control. Height is not the goal, control is. Location: 805 Dovercourt Rd, Toronto Sundays November 15th-29th, 12:00pm Cost: $25+ tax for 1 hour drop in class, $60 for all three classes! Please Note: This choreography builds progressively across all three classes. Attending the full series is recommended for the complete experience, but movement can always be modified to meet your comfort level.
