Curious about spinning and flow arts? This beginner-friendly workshop introduces the foundations of poi and object spinning — building coordination, rhythm, and smooth, satisfying flow. The skills you learn here go further than poi. The same movement principles show up in fans, other flow arts, stage props, and everyday objects transformed into something compelling on stage. You’ll leave with a short sequence to keep practicing, and a set of practice poi to take home. No experience needed. Participants are welcome to bring a prop or costume piece they’d like to explore spinning as well. Sunday April 26th 2pm Location: 80 Princess St Kingston, ON Cost: $29+tax for 1 hour workshop

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
