A beginner-friendly seductive floorwork workshop. In this class, we'll explore techniques for descending to and rising from the floor, travelling across the floor (crawls, sprawls, and more), legwork, and other foundational floorwork movements. We’ll put everything together in a short sequence that focuses on smooth transitions and personal style! Heels welcome! Location: 250 City Centre, Bay 122, Ottawa Wednesday October 28th 7pm-7:55 Cost: $35+tax for 1 hour workshop

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
