Build confidence transitioning up and down from the floor while developing your floorwork toolkit. Practice linking moves together in a steamy beginner-friendly choreography. Knee pads recommended. Workshop led by Ruby Moon Location: 1201 Division St unit 205, Kingston Sunday August 23rd 3pm Cost: $35+tax for 1 hour workshop

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
