“Liquid Motion® is a floorwork-based movement program that uses dance theory, natural movement, and sensual exploration to unlock fluid, powerful expression. This open-level class is designed for every body—no prior experience needed. Come as you are, and leave with confidence, strength, and a deeper connection to your body.” All levels welcome — from first-timers to experienced dancers All genders and bodies Moves can be adapted to your needs What to Bring: Knee pads (or leg warmers for support) Fitted clothing with an option to cover arms + legs Yoga mat for added support (optional) Location: 805 Dovercourt Rd, Toronto Sundays 2:00pm Cost: $24 + tax for 1 drop in class

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
