Curious about flow arts but not sure where to start? Or maybe you want to take your skills to the next level—this session is for everyone! Flow Arts at Rouge Studio of Dance is a relaxed, music-filled space where you can explore and learn without the big investment. This session will be focused on hula-hoop, they will be provided for use during class. Gemini will offer micro lessons, personalized tips, and drills to help you find or expand your flow, whether you’re brand new or refining your technique, join us and come play. Because we all start at different points and have different skill levels, this session is adaptable and tailored to the individual—no rigid structure, just a space to play, experiment, and grow at your own pace. Come hang out, move, and discover the joy of flow! Location: 80 Princess St, Kingston, ON Sundays 2pm Cost: $24 + tax for 1 hour drop in class

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
