Step into a playful and liberating improv class where we get comfortable with movement—both in front of the mirror and in front of others. This class encourages you to shake off inhibition, explore bigger, bolder movements, and push the boundaries of physical expression. You'll work on creating unique character movements, sensual movements and exaggerated gestures that bring your characters to life. It's all about letting go, and discovering the freedom to move and perform without judgment. Perfect for anyone wanting to break out of their shell, explore larger-than-life physicality, and dive deep into the world of improv and character work. Get ready to have fun and let loose! Heels and knee pads not required but encouraged if you'd like to bring. Location: 1678 Barrington St, Halifax, NS Sunday May 11th 2pm Cost: $25 + tax for 1 hour workshop

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
