Intro to Acro Sunday August 16th 12:30pm-1:30pm Add some pizazz and athletic flair to your routines with acrobatics! We will learn both partnered and team lifts; the basics of basing and flying; dynamic versus static poses; communication, safety, and musicality. All bodies and all levels of fitness are welcome. Gogo Dancing Sunday August 16th 1:30-2:30 Welcome to your crash course in Go-Go dancing. Learn high energy moves from the psychedelic sixties to the nightclubs of today. This class is sure to get your blood pumping with bumps and grinds made famous through vintage and modern platform, gogo and cage dance! You'll break a sweat, and you'll learn the technique needed to dance full gogo cycles, just the way modern gogo dancers survive hours-long shifts. Location: 340 MacLaren St, Ottawa Cost: $60+tax for 2 workshops, 1 hour each

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
