This bundle includes both Wednesday night workshops: Up & Down: Floorwork Dec 10th 6pm This class specifically works on transitions going up and down from the floor. Knox Harter breaks down tips and tricks to change levels while accommodating to YOUR unique abilities! Class includes a warm up, conditioning, vocabulary tutorial and movement exploration. Slow Burn Dec 10th 7pm Learn the art of stillness in this choreography class that breaks down how to build tension in your performances by doing very little. Class includes a warm up, conditioning, and a combo for you to take home and practise. Location: Studio X 250 City Centre, Bay 122 Wednesday December 10th 7pm Cost: $50 + tax for 2 workshops, 1 hour each

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
