Holistic Showpony Self-Care is a restorative workshop designed for performers who give their all onstage and need to refill their cup offstage. Through gentle movement, mindfulness practices, and creative reflection, this class supports your body, mind, and spirit. Learn tools for managing stress, setting boundaries, and caring for your performer self—because sparkle starts from within. Location: Routhier Community Centre 172 Guigues ave - Lamoureux studio Sat July 26th 3-4pm Cost: $29 + tax for 1 hour workshop

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
