Improv Burlesque

Service Description

Let loose and have fun while learning the essential skill of improv in burlesque with Kopy Cat! In this class, Kopy Cat will take you through a series of games and exercises to get you comfortable going with the flow and thinking on your feet! No previous experience required, this workshop is open to all. Kopy Cat has been performing on stages of all sizes for over 25 years, including graduating with a Musical Theatre Performance degree. She has been doing burlesque since 2017 when she won Burlesque Idol at the Ottawa International Burlesque Festival. This Mohawk beauty has taken North America by storm, performing her upbeat, high-energy style all over Ontario, Quebec, and the United States. Kopy Cat is one of the producers of Basement Burlesque. She’s one in a million! She’s the Original, Kopy Cat! Location: 340 MacLaren, Ottawa, ON Saturdays 3-4pm Oct 28-Dec 16 (no class Nov 11) Cost: $147 + HST for 7 week session Masks are currently optional for this class. (subject to change)

Cancellation Policy

As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
