Service Description
Ready to spin into something new? Flow arts blends elements of dance and object manipulation with props like hoops, poi, and flow wands to create mesmerizing patterns and sequences. In this beginner-friendly course, you’ll learn techniques to build coordination, grace, and control, using props as extensions of your body. Perfect for exploring creativity and movement, this class is your gateway to the captivating art of flow. No experience necessary—just bring curiosity and a sense of play! Wear form fitting clothing that you can move in. Heels are not permitted at this location. Location: 82 Sydenham St, Kingston Wednesdays 8pm Jan 22-March 12th Cost: $23+tax for 1 drop in class

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned on our website, our policy is no refunds or transfers of payments for classes once the session has begun. There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. If you cancel 48 hours before the first class of the session, a refund will be given minus a $50 deposit. Workshops are non-refundable.
